Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms govern the Little Halt service: the interactive live stream and short videos on the YouTube channel @littlehaltradio, the chat commands that control it, and the website littlehaltradio.com (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by ROCKON sp. z o.o., ul. Zajączka 30/1, 01-510 Warszawa, Poland, VAT ID PL5252557058, email janek@rockon.tech (“we”, “us”).
By watching the stream, typing commands in its chat or using the website you accept these terms. Because the stream runs on YouTube, the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines also apply; if they conflict with these terms on matters of the YouTube platform, YouTube’s rules prevail.
2. The Service
- The Service is free. Watching requires only access to YouTube; using chat commands requires a YouTube account.
- Chat commands (for example !train, !rain, !cat) change what happens at the station for everyone watching. Commands are rate-limited and may be queued, combined or ignored to keep the stream pleasant — there is no guarantee that a particular command will be shown.
- We aim to run the stream 24/7, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or reasons outside our control. Features, commands, music and themes may change at any time.
3. Chat rules
Be kind. When using the chat you must not:
- post spam, links, advertising or repeated flooding of commands;
- post insulting, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- use a display name or Super Chat message designed to show such content on screen;
- try to disrupt, overload or automate the stream or its chat (bots, scripts).
Display names and messages are automatically filtered before they appear on screen, and anything may be hidden at our discretion. We may ignore commands from, time out or ban accounts that break these rules. If you think a ban was a mistake, write to us and we will review it.
4. Super Chat, Super Stickers and memberships
These are optional YouTube features. Payments, refunds and receipts are handled by YouTube under its own terms; we do not process any payment. A Super Chat message is shown on the station board for about 60 seconds after filtering; we may decline to show a message that breaks the chat rules. Supporting the channel does not buy any right to control the stream beyond what is described here.
5. Content and intellectual property
The stream, its pixel art and illustrations, the characters, the Little Halt name and logo, and the music played on the stream are owned by us or used under licence. You may watch and listen for personal, non-commercial purposes, including leaving the stream on in the background at home, at work or while studying.
Without our written permission you may not re-stream, re-upload, download, sell, or use the stream or its music in your own videos, playlists, broadcasts or products. Sharing a link to the stream or embedding it through YouTube’s own embed player is welcome. For licensing or collaborations, write to janek@rockon.tech.
By sending a chat message or Super Chat you allow us to display it, after filtering, as part of the stream and in recordings of the stream.
6. Liability
The Service is provided free of charge and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions of the Service, for the content of messages posted by other viewers, or for the operation of YouTube. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The current version is always on this page with its effective date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by Polish law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Questions and complaints: janek@rockon.tech — we reply within 14 days.
